The fork

There are two paths for AI in customer success.

The replacement bet

AI replaces your team

  • AI runs accounts autonomously
  • CSMs become optional, then redundant
  • Headcount reduction is the ROI story
  • When the AI gets it wrong, no one notices

Our bet

AI makes your team unbeatable

  • AI handles the cognitive switching cost
  • CSMs do higher-leverage work, faster
  • Your best people get more accounts, not fewer
  • When the AI gets it wrong, your CSM catches it

The defensibility test

Every claim in Evergreen has a defensible answer.

Metrics

Is this number defensible to a CFO?

Every metric in Evergreen carries its formula with it. Click. Read. Audit. Change the assumption. Watch the number recompute.

The old guard hides methodology in documentation. The new guard hides it in the model.

Signals

Show me the signals that drove this score.

Health is 5 weighted components. Click any component. Trace to source signals — every email, ticket, meeting note. Adjust the weights. Watch the score move.

The old guard overcomplicates. The new guard just asks for your trust.

AI decisions

Can I see the AI's reasoning?

AI decisions in Evergreen are transparent by design. Click the recommendation. See the alternatives. Override with one click. The AI learns from your correction — the human stays in the loop.

The old guard automates with rules. The new guard automates around humans. Neither shows the override.

Commitment tracking

Are we accountable to what we promised?

Every QBR commitment is captured, tracked, and surfaced. Not in someone's notes — in the platform. The next QBR opens with what you said you'd do, and what actually happened.

Commitments lost in notes are commitments lost to memory. Evergreen turns them into structure.

The backbone

Start the day with what matters, ranked by what's at stake.

Most CSMs start Monday morning the same way: open six tabs, scan email, ask Slack who's panicking, try to remember what mattered Friday. Morning Queue replaces all of it. Every account in the book, ranked by signal strength and ARR exposure. AI synthesizes the brief — what changed, what's at stake, what the customer needs from you today. The judgment stays human. The synthesis stops being yours to do.

What CS has been trying to solve for years

Built right, finally.

Four workflows every CS leader has tried to fix and given up on — and one most haven't even named. They're hard because they're cross-functional, judgment-heavy, and resist automation. They're also where AI actually earns its place — when paired with the people who own the relationship.

Every number is defensible

The math behind the numbers your board asks about.

Click any number. See the formula, the inputs, the assumptions, the per-account breakdown. Every signal, every forecast, every flag — defensible by design, not by claim.

Show me the formula

Customer Lifetime Value, computed at your org's actual scale. Every metric in Evergreen — every claim, every flag — is built on math you can audit.

Customer Lifetime Value

How this is calculated

Average ARR multiplied by expected customer lifetime. Lifetime is derived from the trailing 12-month logo churn rate — floored at 2% and capped at 50% to avoid extreme estimates with small samples.

Show me the proof

Most CS tools forecast and never look back. We publish our own accuracy.

Per snapshot, per metric, per period — so you know exactly how much trust to place in next quarter's number based on how last quarter's held up.

Forecast Accuracy

Trailing 4 closed quarters

Customer Success Team scope · 6 forecast types

93.8%
Formula
accuracy = 1 − |forecast − actual| ÷ actual
What this measures

Forecast accuracy is computed for closed periods by comparing each snapshot's forecasted value against the actual outcome at period end. We report it per snapshot, per metric, per period — granularity matters because aggregated accuracy hides the snapshots and metrics that moved the headline. Six forecast types are covered: NRR, GRR, Logo Retention, Expansion, ARR at Risk, and Save Rate. The headline rolls four trailing closed quarters; closed-period actuals are immutable once locked, and snapshots are versioned by generation date so historical accuracy is reproducible.

Expansion · forecast $883Kactual $1.00M · 88.3% accuracy
Save Rate · forecast 74.5%actual 78.0% · 95.5% accuracy
Drift factors
  • Expansion forecasts skew low when champion turnover spikes mid-period — re-baseline triggered automatically at 30-day silence threshold.
  • Save Rate accuracy improves with longer at-risk dwell time before save attempts; rushed save plays compress signal coverage.
  • Logo Retention is the most stable type — driven by contractual data with low signal noise.
